Luna is expanding its activities in the fields of education and training, with Wild Code School

Luna is now the communication partner of Wild Code School Belgium.

This innovative school is a European network of campuses that offer training for new technology jobs (web developer, data analyst, data engineer, cybersecurity specialist, etc.).

The Wild Code School calls on hybrid pedagogy, or blended learning, which combines e-learning and classroom training on site. This makes professional retraining more effective.

Blended learning is built around the completion of projects, a unique teaching platform, and individualised support for students on the jobs market, plus giving students greater autonomy to acquire knowledge.

Students remove their shoes to attend classes!

Luna is delighted to handle press relations for this promising start-up.

A busy week at Luna’s, full of news, with an accent on the Liège region!

Whether it is the merger of two leading Belgian customer contact centers or the inauguration at the Opéra Royal de Wallonie-Liège of an innovative quadrilingual surtitling software: our press releases made sure it didn’t pass unnoticed! One thing is certain: being at the center of the news makes all the difference to our customers!

The customer contact center iKanbi, based in the Liège region, has taken over the activities of its Antwerp-based peer Harvest. Together, these two contact centers will be the third most important player on the Belgian market.

The television crews were on site last Tuesday, in Loncin and Leuven: Canal Z, Kanaal Z, RTC Télé Liège, ROB-tv...

The information was also widely reported in the written press.

The Opéra Royal de Wallonie-Liège, for its part, inaugurated SopraTitolo™ at the launch of its opera season, featuring Madama Butterfly (by Giacomo Puccini). This software allows, in Liège, real time surtitling in four languages, projected on 7 LED screens. Optimal visual and listening comfort for everyone in the theater is thereby the aim.

This installation is the work of the Seresian firm Colasse. A news that brought them coverage on TV, radio and digital media (RTC Télé Liège; RTBF Liège, La Libre.be; DHnet.be; L'Avenir.net; etc.) and was highlighted in regional business publications (CCI Mag; etc.).

This multimedia coverage brings our clients new business opportunities. Our mission at Luna, to help our clients increase their visibility to better attain their goals, was well achieved!

Luna welcomes a new colleague

Isabelle Baens joined the Luna team today. Isabelle has a master's degree in communication sciences from KU Leuven. She previously worked for various businesses in the vicinity of Hoeilaart, which led her to Luna. Isabelle enjoys playing sports, especially tennis, and is a keen supporter of her boyfriend's football team.

As there is already an Isabelle working at Luna, to avoid confusion we will be referring to them as ‘Isa B’ and ‘Isa S’. Isa B has strong organisational skills and will work for different clients including ERA – Expense Reduction Analysts.

Welcome aboard, Isabelle!

Luna lands La Sambrienne

Luna has landed a three-year contract with La Sambrienne, the social housing corporation for Charleroi and the surrounding area. La Sambrienne was created by the merger of five social housing corporations. Besides social housing, La Sambrienne also offers a range of rental homes for middle-income households.

Our society is becoming more and more complex, and communicating with the right target groups, using the right words and the right channels, is increasingly important. In view of this, La Sambrienne made the decision to hire a specialist agency. Luna landed the contract after participating in a public tender process.

We support the organisation by providing communication advice and handling press relations and other communication activities. We also act as co-spokesperson in crisis communication situations. We draw on our expertise in real estate and B2C communication when providing our services, and our projects include a global communication audit. Thanks to our combined offer of PR and communication, we are the perfect partner for La Sambrienne.

Luna rolls its sleeves up for e5 mode

After handling a number of individual projects, Luna has now become fashion chain e5 mode's long-term partner for press relations. e5 mode is a family business and a stalwart in the Belgian fashion landscape, so we are very proud to be able to add this well-known retailer to our portfolio.

In the spring of 2017, we announced the opening of two e5 Experience Stores. This updated store concept was launched to respond to younger customers in the e5 target group. The renovated stores offer more brands, a wider range of products, and related services, such as personal shopping. This successful first campaign marked the start of Luna and e5 mode's working relationship.

In September 2017, e5 mode called on our expertise to help announce its new CEO and principal shareholder, Alexander Talpe, who took over that role from his uncle, Etienne Kaesteker. Since then, we have worked with the e5 team on a regular basis to enhance e5 mode's visibility in the media.

e5 mode on working with us:

“Our working relationship with Luna really started to develop after we were taken over by our new CEO. Luna guided us through our change by providing excellent communication advice and an impeccable follow-up. As a PR partner, Luna is a pleasure to work with!”
