Follow the circular road (the ‘Ring’) around Brussels in the direction of Namur – Namen (via the E411). Take the first exit, marked 'Jezus-Eik - Hoeilaart', and drive straight up it (but do NOT turn left on the bridge). Some 60 metres further, follow the sign for Hoeilaart on the right. Drive straight along that road for almost two kilometres until you reach a sharp left turn stretch between two walls. Just after that bend, take a 180° right turn on the parallel road. Some 60 metres further, you'll get to a branch. Keep to the right and you'll reach Steenbergstraat just a little further along. We are on the right side of the road, at number 26. It is the only wooden house in the street.
