What do others do? We have put together a few examples of our work. This time we present some newsletters, for internal use (employees) or external use (clients and potential clients).

Cheops internal newsletter :
Every month we draft a newsletter for employees of the ICT company Cheops Technology, located in Edegem. We work closely with several internal contacts, who provide us with the latest news. At the same time we offer regular sections, such as a brief presentation of a consultant rarely seen at the office, highlight one of the company’s objectives and give an overview of recent marketing and communication activities.

External newsletter for Van Reybrouck :
Van Reybrouck Accountants & Tax Consultants is an independent Belgian firm specialising in accountancy, taxation, company law and corporate finance. It regularly produces a newsletter for clients and contacts, to keep them updated on the latest developments and legislation, as well as important deadlines for them. We write this newsletter based on a briefing with Van Reybrouck, provided by email or orally by one of the employees. We then translate the newsletter into French and English. Van Reybrouck Accountants & Tax Consultants takes care of the newsletter’s distribution.

External newsletter for MMS-Secure :
The distributor MMS-Secure specialises in IT security. Its newsletter is aimed at retailers and several end-users. MMS-Secure’s various suppliers are presented in it. We write the text, in French and Dutch. MMS-Secure is responsible for sending out the newsletter.

External newsletter for easy-m :
Easy-m is an Apple Premium Reseller and a supplier of a wide range of office equipment, via its six stores (in Herentals, Turnhout, Mechelen, Leuven and Sint-Truiden). Every month, it sends a newsletter to its clients and contacts, which include companies and individuals. The newsletter contains short and compelling articles as well as illustrations. It also includes a regular section, ‘in the spotlight’, presenting one of the employees. Luna has responsibility, working with an internal manager, for all easy-m’s communication. Moreover we drafted all the content for the website www.easy-m.be.
Recently we announced the opening of the sixth easy-m store (in Sint-Truiden) and for the occasion prepared a ‘Limburg special’ edition of the newsletter. This presented easy-m from A to Z (details about easy-m, its service, store teams, etc.). This special newsletter was distributed to a database of addresses that we had purchased.
