When?
For an IPO or an SPO (a capital injection through the stock exchange), or on a permanent basis. Financial communication is sometimes reduced to a minimum following an IPO. But this is a major mistake. The challenge is to support the stock exchange rate on a daily basis. After an IPO, communication needs to be continued on a regular basis.
